Das Unternehmen wurde 2017 in Annecy gegr\u00fcndet und hat mittlerweile rund 20 Mitarbeiter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was ist Industrie 4.0?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Um sich mit der Industrie 4.0 auseinanderzusetzen, ist es wichtig, einen Blick auf die vorangegangene Revolution zu werfen: die Industrie 3.0. Industrie 3.0 markiert die Einf\u00fchrung von Robotern in industrielle Prozesse und automatisiert damit Aufgaben, die bislang manuell von Bedienern ausgef\u00fchrt wurden. Die 4. industrielle Revolution, in der wir uns heute befinden, zeichnet sich durch die Vernetzung von Systemen (<a href=\"https:\/\/clooma.ai\/de\/linterconnectivity-in-der-industrie\/\">siehe Artikel \u00fcber Interkonnektivit\u00e4t in der Industrie<\/a>). Die Systeme kommunizieren nahtlos miteinander und sind dank k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz und Machine-Learning-Algorithmen in der Lage, selbstst\u00e4ndig Entscheidungen zu treffen, ohne dass ein Mensch eingreifen muss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie funktioniert die APC-L\u00f6sung?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Akronym APC steht f\u00fcr Automated Process Control oder SPC 4.0. Mit diesem Konzept richten wir uns an Unternehmen im Bereich der maschinellen Bearbeitung. Mit Ellistat sind die Werkzeugmaschinen in der Lage, sich selbst zu korrigieren und einen geschlossenen Regelkreis (closed loop auf Englisch) zu schaffen. Um ein konkreteres Beispiel zu nehmen, k\u00f6nnen wir leicht eine Parallele zur Automobilbranche ziehen: So wie sich selbstfahrende Autos immer weiter verbreiten, sind wir bei Ellistat mit unserer APC-Software die automatische Steuerung von Werkzeugmaschinen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wodurch zeichnet sich die APC-L\u00f6sung auf dem Markt aus?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir bringen den Unternehmen erhebliche Gewinne, mit durchschnittlich 20 000 \u20ac pro Jahr und Maschine. Je nach Art der Produktion und der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Serien, die in den Unternehmen hergestellt werden, k\u00f6nnen wir auf verschiedenen Achsen agieren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bei kleinen Serien wird die APC die Einstellung verbessern. Wir richten die Werkzeugmaschine in einem St\u00fcck ein und erm\u00f6glichen so eine l\u00e4ngere Maschinennutzungszeit. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bei gro\u00dfen Serien senken wir die Ausschussrate drastisch, indem wir sie um den Faktor 10 reduzieren. Beispielsweise kann eine Ausschussrate von 2% durch die Einf\u00fchrung von Automated Process Control auf 0,2% gesenkt werden, was eine echte Skalierung der Produktivit\u00e4t darstellt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00fcr wen ist die APC-L\u00f6sung geeignet?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Unsere APC-L\u00f6sung ist so konzipiert, dass sie sich an alle Unternehmensgr\u00f6\u00dfen, von kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen bis hin zu gro\u00dfen Industriekonzernen, im Bereich der maschinellen Bearbeitung anpassen l\u00e4sst. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>F\u00fcr KMU, in denen die Systeme oft weniger vernetzt sind, liefern wir die notwendigen Korrekturen direkt an die Bediener. Dies verringert die Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von hochspezialisierten technischen F\u00e4higkeiten, was in Zeiten des Fachkr\u00e4ftemangels (insbesondere in der Region Vall\u00e9e de l'Arve in Frankreich) besonders entscheidend ist. Mit der Einf\u00fchrung von APC in den Werkst\u00e4tten steigern wir die Effizienz der Maschinenbediener, indem wir die Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufe vereinfachen, die Art und Weise der Maschinenkorrekturen vereinheitlichen und ihnen mehr Zeit verschaffen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00fcr gro\u00dfe Gruppen, die \u00fcber mehr Mittel verf\u00fcgen, bieten wir die M\u00f6glichkeit, die Produktionslinien vollst\u00e4ndig zu automatisieren. Bei einem unserer Kunden haben wir zum Beispiel eine Linie, die eine Woche lang ohne menschliches Zutun l\u00e4uft.
