Es wird auf der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.global-industrie.com\">Messe Global Industrie<\/a> von Lyon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ellistat k\u00fcndigt neues Modul f\u00fcr seine Softwarel\u00f6sung an <a href=\"https:\/\/clooma.ai\/de\/software-automated-process-control\/\">APC<\/a> (Automated Process Control), das es den Bearbeitungsmaschinen erm\u00f6glicht, \"autonom zu arbeiten, ohne menschliches Eingreifen, und dabei 100% gute Teile zu garantieren\", versichert der in Hochsavoyen ans\u00e4ssige Herausgeber. Das Modul ELLICAM, das auf der n\u00e4chsten Messe Global Industrie vom 11. bis 14. M\u00e4rz in Eurexpo Lyon 2025 vorgestellt wird, integriert die Bearbeitungsdaten aus der im Unternehmen verwendeten CAM-Software, um den geschlossenen APC-Kreislauf zu konfigurieren. Dann sammelt die Technologie von Ellistat die Messdaten, berechnet automatisch die Korrekturen und sendet sie direkt an die Werkzeugmaschine, unabh\u00e4ngig von ihrer numerischen Steuerung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das 2017 gegr\u00fcndete IT-Unternehmen erkl\u00e4rt, dass ELLICAM es erm\u00f6glicht, die Konstruktionsinformationen eines Teils (3D + Bearbeitungsprogramm) direkt mit der APC-Software zu verkn\u00fcpfen, die die Werkzeugmaschine in Echtzeit korrigiert. Und er betont, dass es nicht mehr notwendig ist, die Werkzeugwege in der APC spezifisch zu konfigurieren, da die Software diese Informationen direkt aus der CAM-Software abrufen wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\"Es ist eine Revolution\"<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das ist eine Revolution, die es unseren Kunden und allen industriellen Herstellern erm\u00f6glichen wird, APC auf allen ihren Maschinen einzusetzen, selbst bei kleinen Serien\", kommentiert Davy Pillet, CEO von Ellistat. In der Tat ist das Haupthindernis f\u00fcr die massive Automatisierung von Werkzeugmaschinen nach wie vor die Einrichtungszeit f\u00fcr ein neues Werkst\u00fcck. Wenn eine Werkstatt mehr als 2000 Referenzen pro Jahr herstellen muss, haben die Bediener nicht die Zeit, die APC-Software an alle hergestellten Teile anzupassen. Dies ist nun Geschichte, da ELLICAM etwa 80 % der Einrichtungszeit f\u00fcr jede neue Referenz eliminiert.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aber wie funktioniert das in der Werkstatt? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Von einem dedizierten Plugin f\u00fcr die verwendete CAM-Software aus werden auf Knopfdruck automatisch das 3D des Teils sowie die Informationen zur Konfiguration des APCs exportiert, antwortet Ellistat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Daten werden \u00fcber das Netzwerk \u00fcbertragen und es sind keine Vorkenntnisse in APC erforderlich, versichert der Spezialist f\u00fcr Software f\u00fcr die Maschinenbauindustrie. W\u00e4hrend zum Zeitpunkt der Erstellung dieses Artikels nur das Plugin f\u00fcr AlphaCAM verf\u00fcgbar ist, gibt Ellistat an, dass weitere Plugins in der Entwicklung sind, und nennt unter anderem TopSolid, GibbsCAM und Esprit. Das Ziel ist es, die meisten verf\u00fcgbaren CAM-L\u00f6sungen abzudecken.<br>\"Mit den j\u00fcngsten Entwicklungen unserer Flaggschiffl\u00f6sung APC ist der geschlossene Kreislauf endlich vollst\u00e4ndig geschlossen.
