Perfom Gage R&amp;R<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To perform a measurement method analysis with attribute data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/clooma.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/Untitled-9-1024x538.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2461\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the Gage R&amp;R menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the horizontal bar: click on the Gage R&amp;R attribute submenu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on \"add a Gage R&amp;R\".<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete the information on the method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/clooma.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/Untitled-8.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2462\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u21d2 Range name: Designation of the qualitative characteristic measured. Using the results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In zone 2, you can access 3 tabs. \"measurements\", \"analysis\" and \"graphics\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.1 Analysis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the analysis tab, several results are presented in different tables:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/clooma.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/Untitled-6-1024x147.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2464\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u21d2 <strong>Table of Cohen's Kappa indicators<\/strong>This table is a symmetrical matrix (with no diagonal) used to evaluate the level of consistency of judgments between operators, or between operators and the expert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/clooma.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/Untitled-5-1024x142.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2465\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u21d2 <strong>Matching by operator<\/strong> This is assessed by taking into account the total number of measurements carried out by each operator (the number of parts multiplied by the number of repetitions). In other words, we analyze the proportion of times the operator has obtained results identical to the reference, without necessarily checking whether the operator was repeatable or reproducible in relation to the expert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/clooma.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/Untitled-4-1024x134.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2466\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u21d2 <strong>Efficiency<\/strong> Repeatability: is assessed by examining the operators' overall agreement with the expert, focusing solely on the number of parts. In other words, we analyze the proportion of times the operator has demonstrated both repeatability and reproducibility in relation to the reference, in relation to the total number of parts examined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/clooma.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/Untitled-3-1024x124.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2467\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u21d2 <strong>R&amp;R<\/strong> Three indicators are calculated in this table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Global concordance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Global concordance, also known as <strong>overall precision<\/strong>measures the percentage of correct decisions made by all operators. In other words, it assesses the extent to which all operators agree with each other, and whether they arrive at a consistent conclusion in relation to reality or the given references.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If each operator is able to classify the samples identically on each attempt, and their assessments agree with the correct reference, overall agreement will be high.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This measure provides an overview of the measurement system's ability to deliver accurate and consistent decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R&amp;R between operators<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>R&amp;R between operators<\/strong> or <strong>reproducibility<\/strong> measures the extent to which operators differ from each other when measuring the same attribute, for the same sample. The idea is to see whether operator A evaluates in the same way as operator B for a given sample.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If operators disagree significantly with each other, this suggests that the measurement system has a reproducibility problem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A good R&amp;R score between operators indicates that all operators perform measurements in a similar and consistent way.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R&amp;R vs. the reference<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>R&amp;R vs. reference<\/strong> evaluates the concordance between operators' decisions and a predefined reference or standard. This reference is often considered to be a \"true\" or \"ideal\" measure.
