How does it work?

Clooma runs a simple three-step loop on each of your CNC machine tools:

1. Measure. The operator measures the part with your existing equipment, and the results go straight into Clooma.

2. Calculate. Machine-learning algorithms analyze each result against your tolerances and process history. The key is telling real drift from normal variation, so Clooma corrects only when it needs to and never overcorrects.

3. Correct. The right tool offsets are sent back to the CNC automatically, with no manual entry and no guesswork.

It works on simple or complex parts, in turning, milling or multi-process machining. Behind the algorithms: two PhDs and more than 15 years of research in statistical process control, carried over from Ellistat's work with precision manufacturers in Europe.
